If you're looking for a professional massage therapist, you've come to the right place. I am a massage therapist who provides customized therapeutic massage sessions for relaxation, pain relief and other health concerns in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2003. I was introduced to massage after sustaining a soccer injury in college. I took a hard knee to my thigh which left me unable to run without pain for quite awhile. It wasn't until I saw a massage therapist that my pain subsided and I was able to get back on the field and ultimately played a role in my decision to enter the massage field. After completing my degree in Health & Human Performance: Athletic Training from George Fox University in 2000 I worked in a physical therapy clinic while pursuing my massage license from Lane Community College. I currently hold a license in both Oregon and Washington.

I love massage because it allows me the opportunity to help people. Whether we're suffering from an injury or just dealing with the daily stresses of life massage can play an important role in alleviating some of that. There is so much healing in the power of touch!

Aside from being a massage therapist I am also a wife to my husband Aaron of 13 years and a mom to my 3 beautiful daughters Ayla (11), Macy (9), and Lily (7). It's a busy life but in any spare time I may have outside of massage you will find me spending time with my family and lifting weights at the gym.
